The Capacity Development Initiative for Oyo State's civil service.
Aligned with the Omituntun 2.0 agenda, the initiative took the Decision-Making Masterclass to civil servants across the state's ministries, departments and agencies, fully online on the MindSpark platform.
Civil servants worked through all nine modules of the Decision-Making Masterclass on the MindSpark platform. Their reflections were gathered in Voices of Transformation, a lookbook prepared for His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde.
Firstly, I want to appreciate His Excellency, Gov. Seyi Makinde, for this visionary opportunity and privilege to learn-on-the-job. This program is more like a professional training which has enhanced my mental capacity when it comes to making decisions, workplace wisdom, prioritising tasks, and dealing with decision pressure — not only at the workplace, but in life as a whole.
I also sincerely appreciate MindSpark for the exceptionally well-structured and insightful modules, which have significantly enhanced my knowledge and broadened my perspective. Indeed, this is a transformative step towards building a more dynamic, responsive, and results-driven public service.

The knowledge gained has strengthened my confidence in making better choices, both personally and professionally, and has inspired me to approach life with greater clarity, wisdom, and purpose.

Soft-skills training for tertiary-student loan beneficiaries, delivered on the MindSpark platform with certificates and fortnightly progress reports. Phase 1 is planned for 366,247 approved beneficiaries in three batches.
TETFund
A multi-phase capacity development programme. Mobilisation is complete and a 43-week implementation is under way in eight batches.
